We work with a payment processor called Stripe. They are trusted by the world largest companies to process payments on their behalf every day. We use Stripe to ensure that you get paid securely and quickly on time, every time.

When you first create a SuperPay account we ask you to link/create a Stripe account to activate your account. You'll most likely see a page like this within your Dashboard.

To begin the connection click on 'Active my account'

You will be take to Stripe's Connect page - it should look similar to the page below:

If you already have an account then click 'Already have a Stripe account? Sign in'

If not, then no problem create an account by filling out the specified fields until you reach the bottom of the page then click 'Authorize access to this account'  to complete the connection process.

If the connection was successful then you'll see a page similar to this:

In this case just click 'Return home' to be taken back to your SuperPay Dashboard to start accepting payments!

If we were unable to connect to your Stripe account you'll see a page like this:

In this case press 'Connect to Stripe' to try again. If you are still unable to connect our support team at [email protected] and we'll be able to assist you better.
